| Step One | Review the Invitation to Apply email that you received with application information All Summer 2025 and 2026 Partner Agencies (our "Returning Partners") received this information in our Fall Partners Meeting. If you believe that you should have received this email but didn't, please reach out to CampAdvocates@acail.org. | ASAP |
| Step Two | Complete the Application Form and Submit All Required Documents | December 16, 2026 |
| Step Three | Return Allocation Memo and Purchase of Service Agreement (If qualified and provided an allocation for summer 2026.) These documents will come from Camp Advocate on February 2027. | March 2027 |

| Step Two | Complete the Application Form and Submit All Required Documents | February 17, 2027 |
| Step Three |
Attend the required training, "Onboarding for New Camp Contacts". | February 17, 2027 |
| Step Four |
Return Allocation Memo and Purchase of Service Agreement (if qualified and provided an allocation for summer 2027). These documents will come from your Camp Advocate as long as you have completed Steps Two and Three. *If you have not completed Steps Two and Three, your Allocation Information will be sent to you once available and the amount is dependent on the remaining funding in the program. | March 2027 |
