SESSION OVERVIEW
Not everyone can be with us in person at the Women in Camp Summit — but your voice, your presence, and your perspective still matter deeply to this community. That is why, for the first time, we are offering a Virtual SHERO Talk Experience running concurrently with the in-person Summit. This intentional virtual gathering is designed specifically for folx who cannot travel but still want to engage in the heart of WICS: connection, wisdom-sharing, authenticity, and community care.
SESSION DETAILS
While our virtual and in-person spaces will meet separately, we will be learning together as one WICS community. Shared visuals, mirrored facilitation, and intentional moments of collective reflection will weave our experiences together. You’ll see what the in-person group is lifting up, and they’ll be able to hear from you — connecting us across distance with purpose and care.
ABOUT S.H.E.R.O TALKS
SHERO Talks are an open, participant-driven space where attendees help set the agenda by proposing topics, elevating questions that feel urgent, and gathering in small discussion groups to learn from one another. This structure ensures that even from afar, you shape the conversation — and the community benefits from your insights, experiences, and brilliance.
WHY ATTEND
This virtual offering creates access, expands our community, and honors the reality that gathering looks different for all of us. Whether travel isn’t possible because of cost, time, caregiving responsibilities, work schedules, health, or geography — you still deserve a seat at this table.
All proceeds from the Virtual SHERO Talk Experience support WICS programming, ensuring we can continue uplifting women across the camp world — no matter where they are.
You are welcome here.
Your voice belongs here. And we can’t wait to gather with you.
