*To qualify for the rebate, the Visitor Crew member must register, pay the fee for the event, attend, and submit a written rebate. These incentives are only available to Visitor Crew members serving ACA Illinois accredited camps during the current year.
Who qualifies for the rebate?
Currently active Accreditation Volunteers (Visitors) that participated in an onsite visit during summer 2026 for ACA Illinois and plan to participate as a Visitor in summer 2027. Rebate requests must be made within 30 days following the event.
New Accreditation Volunteers (Visitors) that complete their training and serve as an ACA Illinois Visitor in summer 2027. These folks can request their rebate after they complete their visit in 2027 and by September 30, 2027.
Visitors that were scheduled to complete a visit but the visit was canceled by the camp are also eligible.
Can I give my rebate to another person at my camp?
No, the rebates are only for individuals, not camps. The individual that registers and attends the event must be the ACA Illinois Visitor Crew volunteer to access the rebate.
How to do you access your rebate?
After you have registered, paid for, and attended the event, you can request your rebate directly from registration@acail.org. It is strongly encouraged to confirm your eligibility for your rebate by contacting registration@acail.org prior to registering for the event if you intend on requesting the rebate.
